Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | On-Call as Needed

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot,diagnose, and repair electrical issues involving outlets, switches, breakers,circuits, wiring, and other electrical components
  • Inspect,maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and building infrastructurethroughout Cedar Community
  • Install,inspect, and perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems, motors,switches, distribution equipment, and related components
  • Performelectrical work for renovation and remodeling projects in vacant apartments,homes, and other community spaces
  • Identifyelectrical system issues, determine appropriate solutions, and complete repairsto support safe and reliable operations
  • Ensureall electrical work is completed safely and in accordance with applicableelectrical codes, regulations, and Cedar Community safety practices
  • Supportthe maintenance and improvement of residential and community buildings througha variety of electrical projects
  • Respondto on-call responsibilities as needed to help address electrical issues andmaintain reliable building operations
  • Collaboratewith team members and other departments to support maintenance, renovation, andfacility improvement needs
  • Performother duties and special projects as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • ValidJourneyman or Master Electrician license required
  • Experiencetroubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, equipment, andbuilding systems
  • Strongdiagnostic and problem-solving skills related to outlets, switches, breakers,circuits, and other electrical components
  • Experienceperforming electrical work for construction, renovation, or remodeling projectspreferred
  • Knowledgeof the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable federal, state, and localregulations
  • ValidWisconsin driver's license required
  • Abilityto work safely, follow established procedures, and maintain compliance withelectrical codes and safety standards
  • Strongattention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently whilecollaborating with a team
  • Abilityto manage a variety of projects and respond to on-call responsibilities asneeded
