WHAT YOU WILL DO

The role focuses on developing and delivering a wide range of technical training programs by providing new hire instruction, ongoing skill development, remediation training, and departmental process training across both clinical and non-clinical settings. It designs, updates, and deploys training materials-including manuals, models, multimedia tools, and evaluation procedures-while collaborating with leaders and staff to address technical needs, corrective actions, and safety concerns. The position also serves as a people instructor by guiding employees during training, mentoring technicians, facilitating preceptor workshops, evaluating trainee progress, and maintaining detailed performance records. Additionally, it supports tissue processing as needed by performing or maintaining proficiency in tissue handling, preservation, packaging, storage, and quality assessments. The role incorporates continuous improvement by staying current with industry trends and ensuring training supports compliance with AATB standards, FDA regulations, MDSAP requirements, and evolving organizational procedures and technologies.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • 2 years tissue processing, previous distribution or inventory experience or related experience
  • 3 years training experience

Pay Transparency Statement

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
