WHAT YOU WILL DO
The role supports the full tissue recovery process by preparing supplies, instruments, and the recovery environment; assisting with donor positioning, sterile field setup, and time-out verification; and performing surgical scrub, gowning, gloving, and labeling preparation. During recovery, it anticipates surgical needs, receives and aseptically packages tissues, organs, and samples, verifies labeling accuracy, and helps reposition the donor between recovery zones. Postoperatively, the role breaks down sterile fields, decontaminates instruments and equipment, assists with donor reconstruction and preparation, restores the recovery environment, and helps load and transport recovered items and supplies. It also assists with preparing tissues and samples for shipment or storage and contributes to quality and continuous improvement activities, including KPI monitoring, audit readiness, Zone Assessments, and participation in LEAN initiatives.

Pay Transparency Statement
The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
