WHAT YOU WILL DO

Compiles and prepares donor chart documents, including recovery documentation, laboratory analysis, medical records, intake/output and blood bank records, and medical examiner reports, performing technical reviews prior to MD approval to determine tissue acceptability and donor disposition in compliance with FDA regulations, AATB Standards, and LifeNet Health SOPs. Ensures readiness of records for progression through review steps, verifies accuracy and completeness of documentation, and provides timely data entry and verification in donor charts and software systems. Performs SAP entries for tissue usage decisions and movement, initiates and reviews nonconformances, and applies LEAN principles to identify and implement process improvements. Coordinates daily flow of donor chart documents to the Medical Director, prioritizes reviews to meet production needs, collaborates with QA staff, tracks required information from internal and external clients, and maintains courteous, timely, and effective communication with all stakeholders.

  • 4 years with HS diploma or 0 years with BA, BS, or other advanced degree experience in direct health care related field such as medical scribe, ER or ICU tech or equivalent, EMT/Paramedic, hospital corpsman, laboratory services, blood banking, LPN. Experi

Pay Transparency Statement

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
