Experience
The Marriott Village March 2004-Present
At Your Service Agent: In my position I have contact with guests, non-registered guests, vendors and Marriott staff. I answer all incoming calls and process all outgoing calls with professionalism and dedication to provide the best guest service possible. I process a variety of calls such as guest requests for wake up calls, TDD relay calls, and answering or transferring non-registered guest calls, and advising guests of any messages received. Additionally, I enjoy being able to make a guest’s stay special by responding to special requests from guests, following up with the guests, and making sure they are satisfied with their requests. I also test communications equipment to ensure it works properly and have systems experience in Guestware, GXP, Marsha and PMS. I am also a member of the New York Trades Council Local (6).
