             -Responsible for handling personnel issues including resolution of conflicts and
             maintenance of strong manager-employee communication
             -Coordinate breaking news coverage involving employees from multiple departments
             -Act as a teacher and mentor for the producing team
             -Oversee, fact-check and proofread multiple newscasts every day. Responsible for
               ensuring accurate and appropriate content is included in the newscasts
             -Troubleshoot and resolve any problems that arise before or during the newscast each
               day
