Looking for a challenging position of a Structural analyst/Finite Element Analyst/Design engineer in a reputed organization to apply my niche and rich experience for the benefit of the organization and grow more.

    • Vibration analysis - Pre-stress Modal analysis, modal analysis, seismic analysis
    • Steady state and Transient thermal analysis
    • Fatigue analysis – LCF and HCF
    • Static structural analysis including linear and Nonlinear techniques
    • Sealing analysis
    • SSR (stress to strength ratio analysis/ steady status thermal analysis)
    • CCI (Cycle to crack initiation/ fracture analysis)

    • Wind blades- Spar cap, shear web, root closeout
    • Pressure vessel
    • Diesel and Gas engine components- Intake manifold, exhaust manifold, cross head, cylinder block and block head, aftercooler, flywheel, lube cooler (Off highway, Loco(Rail) and Power generation application)
    • Tip Trailer & Tipper – Main body and chassis designing (Sheetmetal)
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Design and Development, Design change feasibility and design modification of components to meet specific customer requirements. Creating and checking 3D models & 2D drawings, Surface modeling and Sheetmetal Using CAD Software like ProE (CREO), CATIA, UG.
  • Good knowledge of GD&T concepts (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
  • Working knowledge of PLM, PDM and team center.
