Responsible for the proper adjudication of federal Social Security disability and state Medicaid claims. This included requesting and reviewing claimant medical records on dual computer screens, summarization of said records, ordering specific medical exams for the claim, consultation with in-house medical professionals, and determination using Social Security rulings and regulations. Customer service heavy position utilizing telephones to talk with claimants daily. Position also relied heavily on computers, fax machines, copiers, and other office equipment.

Was entrusted to run the airport location during the evening shift. Supervised a team of 20-30 team members ranging from guest service representatives, car cleaners, gate keepers, and bus drivers. Worked alone as the only manager and represented the company in the best light possible. Assisted customers to find the best vehicle for their needs, helped at the counter to rent vehicles, assisted the gate keepers, cleaned cars, and made sure the location ran smoothly. At the end of the shift I took inventory of more than 500 vehicles, ran audits, cleaned, and made sure the location was ready for business the following day. I worked 12 hour shifts in all weather conditions.
