  • Developed a start-up tech education company to empower young girls to learn computer science skills. The product is a computer program which teaches girls coding concepts to design and print their own D objects.

Presidio Graduate School: Products & Services (San Francisco, CA)                           Aug ’ – May ’

  • Developed STEAM toys subscription box aimed at educating young girls in STEAM topics. Led and participated in ideation process, product development, market research/interviews, and prototyping of products.

The Forgotten International: Project Manager (San Francisco, CA)                           Oct ’ – Present

  • Develop strategies for programs that provide pathways out of poverty for women and children including a compassion curriculum for high-schools and a documentary on populations living on a dollar a day
  • Research and identify fundraising opportunities for key programs related to education and spreading the curriculum to various school districts.

 

Facebook: Technical Recruiter (Menlo Park, CA)                                                     Oct ’ – March ’

  • Drove recruiting strategies and cross-departmental projects which allowed teams to meet yearly targets and close high-priority candidates
  • Organized international and domestic events and conferences resulting in several key hires and successful marketing initiatives
  • Consistently exceeded hiring targets and annual goals to meet client’s engineering needs and scale a specialized SRE team within Facebook

Google via Adecco: Team Lead - Google Maps Operations (Mountain View, CA)    March ’ - March ’

  • Directly responsible for leading a team of - operators in Mountain View office
  • Lived in India for two months and designed, implemented, and managed the process/application training program of + operators to help scale global operations
  • Instrumental in working with management to develop and implement policy, workflow, and team-structure for new Google Maps team, which ramped from to operators globally
  • Worked directly on UI feedback to improve software and data quality
  • Utilized software program/tool to perform effective data quality assurance for Google Maps
