Experience

Coating Inspector |Spectra Energy| (Cleveland Integrity Services)

  • Worked with a wide variety of pipe diameter’s, ranging from 1” (.179”wt), up to 36” (.750”wt), as well as several different coating systems (SP-2888RG, SP-8888, Zinc Clad II Ethyl Silicate, Recoatable Epoxy Primer, Hi-Solids Polyurethane, Thermoline 4000, and TemperKote 1000).
  • Responsible for overseeing pressure testing of compressor station piping, and completing all DOT required paperwork.

Senior Coating Inspector |XTO Energy| (Halo Coatings)

  • Responsible for evaluating existing coating and steel substrate condition in order to propose a maintenance plan for each specific unit.
  • Inspection of blasting and coating activities to verify compliance with project specifications, as well as to confirm that OSHA safety regulations were being followed.

Coating/Utility Inspector |Sunoco Logistics| (Directional Project Support)

  • Inspected incoming shipments of pipe in two separate pipe yards; inspecting for any holidays, bends/dents/cracks as well as verified traceability, and when necessary, fixed traceability issues.  

Craft Utility Inspector |Caiman Energy|

  • Normal utility inspector activities, along with worked with environmental team to help ensure that all appropriate environmental conditions were being met and that environmental violations were fixed in a smooth and timely manner.

Craft Utility Inspector |El Paso Natural Gas|

  • Inspected and worked with all of the following crews: fence gaps, goal posts, road approaches, clear & grade, road bores, lowering-in & backfill. Ensured compliance per specification, and appropriate safety policies were being followed.
