  • Identification of Heritable and Non Heritable traits in Phyllanthus amarus.

  • Find out the Phenotypic and Genotypic variation among the plants.

  • Studied the Genetic Diversity through D² analysis.

  • Identified the direct and indirect effect of various characters on yield.

  • As a result, selected a elite parental lines which was used as a foundation line      in release of variety.
