Job Profile & Responsibilities for projects:
a) Review the applicable documents to the concerned Project. ( PO, QAP, TDC, Specs, Procedures )
b) Review the applicable WPS and WPQ of the project.
c) Study drawing and then make list of raw material needed according to the material Specification.
d) Raw material inspection of the allocated material as per the requirement of the drawing /data sheet and Review material test certificates.
e) Carry out visual inspection of welded joints and prepare inspection reports.
f) Coordinate with NDT department for all NDT activities as per QAP.
g) Witness the hydrostatic tests.
h) Inspecting the fabricated items according to drawing and the client specification and getting it clear from the IIIrd party/Client.
i) Ensure the complete documentation as per client requirement.
j) Analyze the Non-Conformance to find out the RCA and provide the CA & PA for the same.
k) Responsible for implementation of management system procedures.
Academic Qualification
a) B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak in , secured % marks.
b) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic Hisar IN , secured .% marks.
Software Skills:
