Work Experience

• Managing between operations, accounting & management to conform accurate and efficient work & Information flow.

• Contributed domestically in vendor auditing process. Gather and organize Audit reports as per Quality system.
• Supervised with Liaison Company for international vendor auditing to ensure compliance of company quality system.

• Assist in planning and initial preparation of implementation of ISO9001: 2000 & AS 9100 (Rev B) quality system.
• Prepare GD&T drawing, 1st article report and final inspection report as per customer requirement and create database to maintain records.
• Successfully responded to Customer’s Corrective action request and implement preventive action plan which lead t reduce rejection rate by 5%.
• Inspect and validate 1st article part as per customer quality regulations and specifications for approval.
• Re design production floor layout using Lean manufacturing, 5s and cellular manufacturing principles and assist in preparing manufacturing process documents.

• Team member of Parts Manufacturing Approval (PMA) project group – Cost saving of min. $25000/ year
• Identify potential parts & gather part document for PMA development. Request quote from vendors for price comparison.
• Prepare cost saving analysis for management review and initiate process with vendor for development.
• Monitor part development process & test 1st manufactured part for management approval. Also work with vendor and customer for official documented approval.
• Provide weekly development status report for management review.
• Gather and update database with official documents (FAA approvals, OEM drawings & Customer approvals) for all in use and in development parts.
• Evaluated opportunities & challenges within and outside the company & improve PMA communication flow by 10 %. Also improved company & PMA database by 15% for uniform PMA project status.
