- Phone screen potential client’s suitability for Oakland House of Ruth’s Mentoring/Self-Sufficiency Program, ensuring applicants meet guidelines for income, homelessness and disability.
- Conduct initial intake screening of clients to determine eligibility to determine the type of mental or health services needed and provide individual needs assessments.
- Develop individual client “Can Plans” to ensure stability and growth during the one-year transition.
- Provide on-site maintenance of a clean, safe and sober program site along with assistance from off-site maintenance staff.

- Performed full cycle benefits administration for over 10,000 team members nationwide and 100 manufacturing employees to include benefits negotiations, open enrollment, and benefits guidebook development.
