SKILLS SUMMARY:

 

  • Served as Platoon Sergeant, supervising 26 Senior Cargo Checkers loading,      unloading, checks and tallies cargo, employs safety procedures.

 

  • Signals winch man, hoist man, and cargo equipment operators as where to move      product, operates cranes and supervises Rough Terrain Equipment ensuring      all maintenance is done as needed. 

 

  • Working as an undercover Private Investigator for different agencies, saving the      companies $1000.00’s of dollars by detecting and/or deterring the      consequences of theft, to every extent possible, this includes the      identification, apprehension and prosecution of any individual involved in      the theft or the attempted theft.

 

  • Supervised a crew of 10 RTCH (Rough Terrain Cargo Handler) Operators, overseen and operated over $1 million worth of equipment to accomplish daily missions,      reviewed all TMR’s (Transportation Movement Requests) prior to movement.

 

  • Operated and maintained RTCH (Rough Terrain Cargo Handler) while uploading and  downloading 60 to 100 containers a day, performed daily checks on $400,000      worth of equipment and ensured maintenance was done as required.

 

  • Directly supervised offender work groups in their daily assigned duties and the      responsibilities of preventing escapes and maintained discipline while      performing specific security duties in conformance with strict rules, regulations, and standard operating procedures. 

 

  • Maintained custody, control, and accountability of over 900 inmates, supervised and controlled a squad of more than 30 inmates

 

  • RTCH (Rough Terrain Cargo Handler) Inspected and organized storage operations; designated work groups as required for each operation.

 

  • Coordinated with transportation for heavy lift equipment; prepared technical, personnel, and administrative reports. 

 

  • Supervised a crew of 12 soldiers; hand picked to set up and run the container yard

 

 

  • Repaired and maintained heavy-duty vehicles and heavy mobile equipment. Worked on   trucks, forklifts compressors, pumps, and similar vehicles. I disassembled  cleaned and replaced parts and reassembled and adjusts such units as carburetors, generators, oil, fuel and water pumps. I removed units and  where repair is not practical replaced with new are rebuilt unit; replace such items as head and manifold gaskets, removed cylinder heads and clean carbon.

 

  • Overseen railhead tie-down crews; directed container stuffing and unstuffing; planned warehouse storage and managed craneoperations. 

 

  • Supervised operator maintenance for cargo handling equipment such as cranes and forklifts. Enforced safety practices and documentation procedures.

 

  • Served  as Security Forces, Cannoneer; Ammunition Specialist; supervised 7 to 12      personnel on preventive maintenance, ammunition supply and equipment      transports.

 

  • Operated  a single-unit wheel vehicle with a capacity of five ton or less, tractors,      semi trailers, and tank transporters.

 

  • Warehouse operations; supervising; loading; storing and inventorying cargo.

 

  • Ensured proper loading of vehicles, kept records of operations and performances. All tasks were carried out in all weather conditions and accident free.

 

  • Guarded perimeter of different installations as well as POW’s (Prisoners of War)      while serving as a Security Forces member.

 

  • Howitzer Battery ammunition team chief devoted to duty, unsurpassed professionalism and versatile; Assistant cannon crewmember; tank operator (Howitzer) during many combat missions.

 

  • Senior Observer-Controller/ Trainer (OC/T) and Battle Staff Noncommissioned      Officer is tasked to provide administrative control, evaluate task perform  and give constructive feedback to participants during training exercises;      trained mobilized and deploying units in the Military Decision Making  Process (MDMP) and Troop Leading Procedures (TLP).
