- Identified genes involved in anti-viral immunity by performing a genome-wide RNAi screen.
- Validated their involvement in immunity using different techniques like RT-qPCR, in situ hybridization.
- Leading the research towards understanding the mechanism of the two genes by determining the potential pathways they play a role in.
