Position: Storage Administrator (June 2010 – present)

Design and maintain NetApp and Isilon storage environments of ~600TB of unstructured data that supports ~20,000 worldwide users and ~50 enterprise applications. Includes use of AD, NTFS, batch scripting to help with large data transfers, NetApp and Isilon.

 

Position: Windows Administrator (October 2008 – June 2010)

Developed and implemented a decommission (sunset) process that required coordinating 15 internal teams’ efforts; this reduced unnecessary maintenance costs, reduced capacity in data centers and server population being reduced by 25% in the first year. Build, troubleshoot and maintain ~4000 (physical and VM) Windows NT, 2000, 2003 and 2008R2 servers. Includes use of Windows server 2000, 2003 and 2008, firewalls, networking, NetBackup, IIS, McAfee EPO, VMWare, and 3rd party applications.
