I was the assistant to the manager of a 504 unit Mid-Rise condo, Home owner Association, consisting of 30 buildings.  I collected and input all of the data into the system.  I collected assessments for the property from Homeowners, programmed electronic access cards for the residents of the property and issued amenity passes for the property to the owners and residents.  I handled all of the resident relations.   I arranged for resident conflict resolution when necessary.  I assisted in establishing and maintaining relations with both current and future vendors.  Assisted and attended monthly board meetings. I conducted daily property walks and inspections of the property and of the staffs work.  I reported directly to the community manager.

I was the Executive Assistant to the Executive Manager for a 678 unit large scale luxury Condo Resort.   I trained and supervised the administrative staff.  I assisted in preparing the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and budgets.   I assisted in handling resident relations. I assisted and prepared Board Packets and Agendas along with all homeowner correspondence.  I arranged for resident conflict resolution when necessary. I collected, input and deposited assessments.  I assisted in accounts receivable, accounts payable and worked to minimize delinquency over 60 percent during my tenure.  Established and maintained relations with both current and future vendors.   Some of my duties included accepting and delegating work orders and many other office related duties.

Duties included but not limited to: I managed the day to day operations of the PBX through the direction of the community manager and Board of Directors.  I scheduled, prepared and attend board meetings.   I prepared minutes, and financials for the corporation.  Booked, guest rooms, arranged for package delivery as well as operated the PBX switchboard.
