Molecule biology: DNA recombination, plasmid/retroviral plasmid construction, subcloning, sequencing of PCR, stable/transient transfection by Lipofectamine, FuGene 6, retrovirus, Nucleofector and Electroporation, siRNA, PCR, RT-PCR, situ hybridization, DNA and RNA isolation.
