*Cast and splint application and removal, suture and staple removal, assist with minor surgeries and in-office procedures

*Obtain referrals, call and write prescriptions, schedule appointments, surgeries and procedures

*Phone triage, answer multi-line phones, and collect co-pays and deductibles

* Manage staff of front and back office including five providers
