- Contributes to team effort by assisting with special projects as needed and providing executive assistance to other functional areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of office and departmental supplies, initiate purchase orders as necessary to maintain proper inventory or meet department office supply needs.
- Approve and submit weekly timesheets.
- Process and submit expense reports for Vice President.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
