Worked with Superintendent with field issues and documented these issues in the form of an RFI.   Managed subcontractors, including certified payroll, insurance and subcontractor agreements.  Attended the weekly trade meetings, prepared and distributed the meeting minutes.  Prepared monthly progress billings.  Tracked and filed safety meeting documents and employee certifications.  Coordinate complete close out including operation and maintenance manuals, created punch list and coordinated punch list completion. Coordinated training classes for all the divisions with turnover to new owners with updated building plans. Assisted with bidding.

• Rancho Del Rey Middle School - Construction of nine buildings for Sweetwater Union School District.
