- Install, connect and adjust thermostat, humidistat and timers \\r\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\r\\n
- Clean condenser coils, check all operational and discharge pressure, check for refrigerant leaks, evacuate and recharge system on air conditioning and condensing units \\r\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\r\\n
- Generate work order \\r\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\r\\n
- Home repairs such as changing outlets, painting, removal and replacing drywall, \\r\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\r\\n
- install faucets and garbage disposals, and install new locks \\r\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\r\\n
- Yard restoration such as cutting grass, weed removal, planting flowers, trimming edges, and cleaning gutters \\r\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\r\\n
