     Customer Service Rep/Data Entry/ Allocation & Distribution Specialist Luxury divisions

• Responsible for Billing the customers & filling all orders ones shipped.

• Scheduling pick-ups between the warehouse and freight forwarders for all International customers as well as preparing the proper paperwork so that the merchandise can clear thru customs without any issues.
• Handled RTV’s & RA request Via Email & Fax, making sure that the customers followed the returns policy in accordance to the statement on their order form.
• Submitted customer (s) /Order (s) to the factor (GMAC / Rosenthal & Rosenthal) to be considered for terms.
• Responded to customer’s inquiry via Email/phone and fax.
• Notified customers regarding their order/availability/ shipping/payment information and customers request for re-orders.
• Processed Reports from the AS400 Systems to insure that all orders would ship on time, and anticipated any issues with Inventory & production.

    Stock Supervisor, Sales Associate
