operation. Oversee all installations; recruit and hire competent, licensed
contractors. Set pricing for current markets. Schedule projects and purchase
materials for projects. Act as a customer liaison in resolving complaints. Also
responsible for payment of invoices.

 

July 2001 to September 2003

Lowes Home Improvement , Brockton, MA

our customer requests in the electrical field for retail stores. A project is
determined when a home office mandates a requirement per store location.

 Responsible for coordination of installations of Special Orders, Kitchen and Bath
design, and flooring, utilizing a fully licensed group of subcontractors in the
Massachusetts area. Responsible for pricing and purchasing materials with outside
vendors. Monitor site checks and installs to ensure prompt and courteous service.
Maintain and continuously update special order pricing books. Handle customer
inquiries regarding installed sales and special orders. Verify in stock availability for
special orders. Maintain communication with customers from order placement
through completion of project..

October 1990 to July 2001

 I held three different positions during this ten year period including Customer
