Sodexo-Sheridan Community Schools (SCS), Sheridan, Indiana                                          December 2007 – Present

  • Managed and developed our Custodial, Maintenance, and Grounds team for SCS District
  • Managed OSHA compliance – received 99% on annual OSHA Audits
  • Managed operational budget and reporting, exceeded field contribution budget target by 20-25% from 2008-2010 even when client contract was reduced by 10% reduction in the client’s contract
  • Developed recommendations for interior/exterior improvements, including obtaining vendor quotes and managing all interior/exterior renovations

  • Managed rented space of 100,000 square feet for large banking firm site with 700 employees including liaison between client and building owner, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating meeting/event requests
  • Collaborated with client to plan site disaster recovery, emergency preparation, and OSHA compliance
  • Enforced specific State building fire codes required for center to remain in operation; on call for all building emergencies
