- Develop business and marketing plan.

- Key account and agreements with financial companies.

- Collaboration in run-up to presentation to investors. Market research. Competitor analysis. Project feasibility.  

- Manage tools aimed at corporate communications with customers. Structural design and review of business processes ensuring efficiency. Productivity based on Quality control

- Create, develop and implement protocol to regulate buying and selling activities; after-sales department, with effective policies in order to optimize processes.

Technical-economic proposal, implement and monitor processes in the workgroup. Search partners and co-financiers for the project. (Budget: 1,500,000€)

- Website updating content.

- Create and development - Advertising and Communication: Radio interviews, visual brand identity, distribution channels, recruitment advertising. Point of sale management, company brochure
