Recruited and interviewed prospective students over a five-state area on the east coast. Responsible for all phases of recruiting and regional quotas for enrollment. Led team with highest enrollment stats consistently by 65%. Coordinated annual recruitment schedule for national college fairs on east coast; prepared and delivered presentations to prospective students on and off-campus at various national and regional college fairs and visits to high schools; created and designed new admissions recruiting brochures. Selected as Case Study Speaker at the National Southeast Seminar for Admissions Counselors.  Created and implemented first Student Mentoring Program called Student Admissions Representatives (SARs) by selecting and training enrolled students to serve as liaisons to prospective students and their families.
