Director, Financial Blueprints, LLC, 2001 to Present. A $3M financial services company. Establishing financial, marketing and sales profiles for businesses. Generating sales materials and training programs. Providing seminars for developing new business. Counseling businesses on employee benefits, financial plans and risk management.

 

Marketing Consultant, Marketing and Sales Success Strategies. 1997 to 2001. Developed business, marketing and sales plans for new companies. Researched market and competitive environments. Prepared strategic analysis,

marketing recommendations and sales implementation. Implemented business plan, including forecasting and revenue.

 

Earlier: Started career at Eastman Kodak and held titles of VP Regional Manager, National Sales Liaison and Marketing Planner. Led several new product launches through market and competitive research. Developed sales materials and created incentive plans, promoting highest revenue growth in country for a seven state region. Recruited, trained and mentored staff. Restructured sales, aligning skills, people and responsibilities.
