Director, Worldwide Sales Operations, Applied Medical (AM), 2006 to 2009. Tapped by $180M medical device manufacturer to revamp global sales operations/facilitate revenue growth. Directed 35-person multi-functional team, utilizing process/system improvements and a $2M budget to enable growth from $130M to $180M. (Downsized.)

Senior Manager, Worldwide Sales Operations, Lantronix Inc., 2004 to 2006. Recruited by $110M wireless device manufacturer to revitalize sales operations function. Built top-performing global organization. Dramatically improved sales forecasting and reduced commission processing times from 30+ days to less than 2 days. (Downsized.)

Manager, Sales Accounting, Intralase Corporation, 2002 to 2004. Selected by $26M medical laser manufacturer to oversee sales accounting and administrative functions. Improved systems and processes. (Downsized.)
