Foodservice: Ten weeks under supervision of the Foodservice management at the Klerksdorp Hospital complex and the North-West University lecturers
2010 – Community service
Therapeutic Nutrition: In charge of serveral wards at the East London Hospital Complex - including medical, maternaty, peadiatric as well as burn wound wards.
Community Nutrition: Part of planning and omplementing \'n clininc based vegetable garden initiative.
Foodservice: Part of planning and implementing new standarised peadiatric and threrapeutic diets in the foodservice unit.
