Management & Supervision

  • Promoted rapidly from data entry manager to product development manager to merchandiser at a large sportswear company. Managed design and product teams to comply with all schedules and approvals.
  • Periodic travel overseas to factories to facilitate fabric/garment execution. Problem solved technical issues to ensure timely production deliveries.

  • Compared lab color submits from numerous overseas vendors to determine their ability for staying close the main standard and advising color formulas for improvement.
  • Maintained excel spreadsheets with entire seasonal information for large sportswear companies, involving costs, color approvals and pricing.
