Events and Education Coordinator

  • Coordinated and officiated 12 domestic and 5 international tradeshows complying with an annual budget of $2.5M and 12+ sales/customer training sessions for seasonal launches (Fall and Spring) including arranging accommodations, daily scheduling, transportation and hands-on support.
  • Created, managed, and compiled budgets for Events/Education department; decreased Tradeshow/Education spend by 35% resulting in a total savings of $120K and increased Tradeshow/Education revenue by over 50% in one fiscal year.

  • Organized pre and post event debriefs to both clientele and team members, displayed presentations and documented follow-up procedures; provided both on-site and remote support during all meetings and events.
  • Appropriated venues, negotiated contract terms, and managed vendor relationships.
  • Managed all logistical requirements, such as; registration, set-up, breakdown, a/v, lighting, video and photography.
