I am a driven, innovative, and detail oriented individual with excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills. I previously worked as a Desktop Support II/Systems Administrator for a highly technical oriented company. I was responsible for engineering several testing platforms for Electrical Engineers, as well as engineering and testing/monitoring business infrastructure solutions. My primary focus has been Information Systems Security. I have setup and configured SQL databases for financial systems such as Solomon 6.0, as well as beta software for Electrical Engineers. I am well organized with strong written and verbal communication skills. I am familiar with business infrastructure products such as Microsoft, Linux, Apple, Cisco, VMware, HP, Dell, Citrix, Veritas and Symantec.
