  • Operate Videoconference and Collaborative Conference facilities at Kennedy Space Center in support of Shuttle Mission Activities, Executive and Administrative staff

  • Based on customer requests, gather requirements, coordinate and schedule ISDN and IP conferences  with NASA facilities, Contractors, Universities, DISA and the Network provider utilizing a NASA wide, online scheduling system
  • Dialup audio or videoconference circuit, verify audio and video quality with network operator
  • Operate multi sources including cameras, computers, video feeds and DVD or VHS playback
  • Work closely with Launch Integration Office to gather conference communications requirements, coordinate multi-site participation through ViTS counterparts, schedule communication resources across multiple contract interfaces, in addition to actual conducting of the ViTS conferences for Launch/Landing  Meetings
  • Record events when requested on DVD or VHS; duplicate tapes as required
  • Interface with all levels of NASA and Contractor management at KSC and distant locations
  • Run reports to provide a detailed daily work schedule, notify customers via email of videoconference room location and update local webpage
