With a master diploma in Retail Management, specialization in Visual merchandising, good creative, imaginative, analytical, and persuasive skills, I find myself quite adept to leverage these skills towards generating desired results and grow with the organization.

As a Sr. member of the team looking after all India stores, my role involves looking after creative look of the store finalizing VM strategy,  yearly budgets,  Launch, operations, Training to all Ops Team  preserve the brand look as well creating new ideas of upgrading it and enhancing the Business with customer prospect. Currently we have 41 stores all India.
