Eastern Coast Project Manager

  • Managing and controlling the establishment of 3G net networking Deployment.
  • 250 cellular sites in each project at Miami, Atlanta, Nashville, Orlando, Seattle, and Oregon.
  • Leads cross functional between the projects members- technical & logistical, according the financial plan.
  • Leads activities required to complete project documents: project plan, scope of work and project schedules.
  • Develops project cost estimates and budgets for assigned projects and initiates cost control measures to ensure projects budgets are met.

    2000 -2007 Partner (Orange) Communication LTD – ISRAEL

Technology Division Infrastructure Department - Project Manager

 

  • Managing and controlling the establishment of Orange\'s GSM network in Israel

       (Deployment of 2000 cellular transmission sites)

  • DAS (distributed antenna system) in indoors facelifts all over Israel- malls, buildings, universities. 
  • SWAP project – over night swapping sites equipments according to contracts.
  • Deploy 3G NETWORKS with Ericsson & Nortel & Nokia, RBS (Radio Base Station) equipments.
  • Warehouse supervises, controlling the supply change and inventory.
  • Managing external subcontractors and in-house technicians.
  • Supervision on the logistic process & civil engineering.
  • Answering to bids, analysis and configuration of projects in the telecomm industry combining and providing overall solutions according to given budget.
