Objective: To gain knowledge of different product lines, enhance my creativity and meet plenty of new people. I wish to enhance my hairstyling skills and learn as much as possible. I learned how to open and close the store and the computer. I worked on client relations and have begun to build a clientele. I booked appointments and checked clients in and out. Stylist Solace Atelier (704) 334-1007 Charlotte, NC US August 2008 - November 2008 I assisted and helped coordinate shows. While working here I began to learn the fundamentals of hair coloring. I was trained with Redkin Color. As a salon, we held hair shows for our clients. I helped with advertising for myself and the salon. Stylist Toni & Guy Hairdressing (704) 542-1234 Pineville, NC US August 2007- August 2008 I was hired here while still attending cosmetology school. I completed the training and assistant program for hair cutting. As an assistant, I kept the salon clean and tidy, I helped out technicians with rinsing foils and toning highlights. I helped with style outs if technician were booked up. I assisted the owner with styling and shampooing. I kept up with laundry and swept the floors. While assisting, I attended the Cutting Class. When I completed the cuts required, my books were opened and I began working on building a clientele.
