PROJECT DETAIL: In my project work I have prepared 13 analogs of DPP IV inhibitor which were synthesized by solid and solution phase peptide synthesis. Peptides were finally purified by PREPARATIVE HPLC. All analogs were tested for invitro and invivo activity.
