Work Experience Project Manager 5/2007-7-2008 Water & Energy Saving Corp, St. Pete Beach, Florida Managed projects in Imperial Valley California and Lafayette Louisiana. I supervised the installation of energy saving lights, stoves, refrigerators and water saving devices. Duties included daily site visits, daily job reports, weekly construction field reports to the company and the Housing Authority. Processed change order paper work, took digital pictures. Supervised Sub contractors & inspected their work. Interfaced with building officials in the various cities & the Housing Authorities to see the projects ran smoothly. Work Experience Superintendent 7/2005 - 3/2006 Banks Brothers Construction, St. Paul, Minnesota Supervised the tenant improvement/ build out of 4 Wilson\\\\\\\'s Leather stores(250k-1MM. Three in California & one in Minnesota.Duties included daily job updates to Project Manager, including digital pictures, job site & change order paper work. Supervision of Sub contractors. Interfacing with Mall Managers & Employees. Interfacing with City Officials to get permits pulled, inspections completed & permits signed so certificates of occupancy issued. I also interfaced with clients & client representatives. Crew Lead 5/2004 - 7/2005 Deconstruction Services, Minneapolis, Minnesota Supervising crew members in the Deconstruction of single family homes & commercial properties. Delivering reclaimed materials to the Re-Use Center and the Re-Use Warehouse. Filling out the necessary paper work required for each project. Deconstruction is construction in reverse; dismantling buildings by hand and saving the materials to be used again instead of sending them to the landfill. Meeting City Inspectors & seeing that permits are signed & work is completed to code. Initiating change order paper work. Performing Final Inspections on my projects. and writing up the Punchlist. Seeing that Punchlist work is completed. Construction Manager 5/1997 - 10/2003 CEE, Minneapolis, Minnesota Overseeing the sound proofing of 13 to 20 projects a month.
