EMPLOYMENT HISTORY: 09/2006 – present: ShoeStoreFront.com, NJ Position: IT Support/Administrator Support and maintain company’s web site (online store). Tasks include updating store inventory, process orders, shipping, payment processing, customers e-mail and phone support, price setting. The web site is based on Znode Storefront e-commerce package. It runs on a Windows 2003 server with Microsoft SQL server. Hosting is provided by Drundo.net. We have made the customization for our needs. 05/2006 – 08/2006: Tekmark Global Solutions, NJ Client: CCMP Capital LLC (JPMorgan Partners LLC) Position: Desktop Administrator Tasks included installation of new LAN, WAN and computer environment for client’s new office in NYC. Installation and configuring MS Windows XP Professional, MS Office Professional 2003, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Blackberry Desktop Client Software, Altiris Desktop management software, IMIN Communicator, VPN Client, Safeboot Laptop Encryption software, Symantec Client Security and other software packages.
