Objective: Seeking a position as a Transportation Operations Specialist or Instructor HIGHLIGHTS OF QUALIFICATION: Government security clearance 25 years experience in rail, sea, air and land transportation of personnel and cargo within the United States and aboard during peace and wartime Knowledgeable in Department of Transportation Regulations and all regulations pertaining to movement of cargo and personnel and automated movement systems. Developed and implemented movement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all units in Iraq.
