Professional Experience (3.2 years) January 2007-October 2008 ------------------------- Worked as a Technical Writer for Wipro Technologies, Electronic City, Bangalore. • I was involved in writing, updating, formatting and editing the technical documents as part of Computing System and Storage Business Unit. • I have written and updated technical documents (both hardware and software) such as Command Line Interface (CLI), Configuration, Administration, Quick start and Service guides. • Clients are impressed for the work done on the FLARE OE matrix and the good documentation work on the Service guide. • I have created Online Help for the hardware document. May 2005- February 2006 ----------------------- Worked as a System Development Associate (SDA) for ACS, ITPL, Bangalore. • I was involved in the development of tracking of courier’s project, United Parcel Services (UPS) using DOT NET (.Net) and prepared . • I have independently created a user manual for the workflow engine, which was used to send official mails for the defined reporting structure of our company as part of an internal project.
