• Working closely with exporters in India to ensure on-time delivery and quality control also sampling and new developments of wovens and knits production . To follow-up all inputs,sampling, production deliveries,quality,inspection and production schedule . • • Look after stock requirements ,inspections & shipping. • Was arranging new development samples for spring/summer and Fall . • Also was organizing Salesman /Photoshoot samples on Buyers request. • Work on the costings with suppliers and quote Final pricelist . • Once Orders are placed, work on TNA’S and organized Fit Samples, PP Samples and Top samples. • Fabrics place orders with Mills and followup on strike off’s/Desklooms after the approval of the same followup on Bulk Fabrics. • When Fabric is inhouse, conduct Fabric inspection and if required organize Fabric testing. • Conduct intial inspection to check the style/ measurements against final Fit Approvals. • When 25% Merchandise is ready, conduct Middle inspection and guide packing and Finishing. • Arrange Final Inspection, if the merchandise is good in terms of quality and the measurements give approval to ship. • Shipping : work with clearing agent on the available vessels if it a sea shipment or arrange by flight it it is by air shipment. • Once it is shipped send shipping documents like packinglist, invoice and B/L OR Airwaybill .
