Experience: Sept. 2005 – May 2008 Assistant Director of Sales Turnberry, Ltd. Aventura, Florida Duties included overseeing various condo / condohotel project sales for the eastern division, processing of in-house sales agents/sales managers/executive commissions, processing of out-side brokerage firm commissions, preparation of construction draws, preparation of construction draws from escrow accounts which included corresponding with construction lenders, processing escrow deposits and maintenance of deposit logs, monthly reconciliation of project escrow accounts. Contract administration including receiving and reviewing Purchase Agreements, corresponding with various escrow agents to assure accurate contract/escrow funds data, prepared various reports as needed including weekly sales analysis for eastern projects, assisted controller with various task, review and approval of HUD-1 settlement statements and communicated via telephone/e-mail with various auditors, purchasers, attorneys, CPAs, brokers and lenders. Oct. 1996 – Sept. 2005 Real Estate Paralegal Rosenthal Rosenthal Rasco, LLC Aventura, Florida Primary responsibility was processing residential/commercial files from beginning to close including preparation of contracts, affidavits, agreements, leases, amortization schedules, mortgages, notes, scheduled and conducting closings, processing loan packages, preparation of HUD-1 Settlement Statements, disbursements and post closing. All areas of Title included searching, examination, preparation of commitments, policies (lenders/owners) endorsements, clearing clouded title, ordering of estoppels/payoffs/surveys and review of surveys for possible encroachments/easements. Responsible for large volume of client transactions, which included interaction among clients, title personnel, other counsel, etc. to assure timely contract dates. Assisting underwriters with annual audits for both law firm and title company, maintained closing log for the title company and assisted in organization of offsite storage facility.
