Dear Fellow College, Many attributes that would prove to be desirable for a candidate for Vascular Sonography employment coexist with the same practices that I have endured as a student and as a professional. Presently today I have successfully passed part 1 of 2 of the Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) licensing exam that is administrated through the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). In addition, reflecting on a trilogy of professional expertise, college preparation, and the ability to have the valued insight for a small fishing village simply demonstrate some of the desirable attributes that one would expect if I was nominated to be a Diagnostic Vascular Sonographer at your clinical site. Such professional trilogy in the area of Psychology indicates that my professional training in the field of case management coupled with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from the University of Mobile (1995) can be the transducer for community success as a Diagnostic Vascular Sonographer (Cardiac & Vascular Institute of Ultrasound, 2008). Such expertise can assist in developing and implementing professional techniques for helping diverse cultures and age groups overcome misconceptions and frightened emotions concerning specialized vascular testing procedures. A second area of this professional trilogy that I can offer for successful employment would be my planning and implementing skills. I have carefully planned in advance for all necessary curriculum preconditions, family obligations, as well as delays due to Hurricane Katrine/2005 for a specialized education in the field of Diagnostic Vascular Sonography. A third area of my professional trilogy comes with my inspiration to change careers and move forward into a revolutionary field of Diagnostic Vascular Sonography that has been coupled with my own creative motivation to listen, observe and understand my successors. With this in mind, I can thank so many in the medical field in their success towards a humanitarian movement that provides medical services to many who can not afford. This special movement that I have observed has inspired me so that I may challenge my successors and become a inspiring…“Work in progress”. This movement also allows me to say…my industrious success has been set by my environment. With this in mind, my dedication to commitment for the future is clearly outlined. I would be honored to schedule an interview with you to discuss how I can provide a demonstration of professional trilogy, job expectations, and a plan of action for Diagnostic Vascular Sonography Services to be offered at your clinical site.
