Coordinator • As a Loan Processor, I done A-Z, like contact clients, collect and enter information, review daily rate report from lender, mark all possible locking rates; run DU, LP, or lender auto underwriting system to qualify client; order prelim reports, schedule appraisal time, filled out forms, submit loan packages via on-line, or fax, pack all documents and send them to lender. I also in charge of clean up conditions, review funding package and submit necessary document to funder. I am knowing how to processing variety of loans, such as prime, sub-prime, Alt-A, commercial, construction, CalHFA, CRA, and lot loans. • As a Financial Dept. Coordinator, I consult loan program for Agent’s client, prepare comparison sheet; teach agent how to qualify client, collect necessary information and how to read different rate sheets.
