Coordinator • As a Loan Processor, I done A-Z, like contact clients, collect and enter information, review daily rate report from lender, mark all possible locking rates; run DU, LP, or lender auto underwriting system to qualify client; order prelim reports, schedule appraisal time, filled out forms, submit loan packages via on-line, or fax, pack all documents and send them to lender. I also in charge of clean up conditions, review funding package and submit necessary document to funder. I am knowing how to processing variety of loans, such as prime, sub-prime, Alt-A, commercial, construction, CalHFA, CRA, and lot loans. • As a Financial Dept. Coordinator, I consult loan program for Agent’s client, prepare comparison sheet; teach agent how to qualify client, collect necessary information and how to read different rate sheets. Software using : Calyx-Point 5.4 & up Start from April 99 Contract positions: • Marvel Financial – Loan Processor, 12/07 – present • Countrywide Home Loan – Loan Processor, 6/03 – 7/03 In Countrywide Home Loan, I was doing Doc Draw and Shipping. • Universal Home Loan – Loan Processor, 02/01 – 4/04 In Universal Home Loan, I was a loan processor, main duty is review daily rate sheet; contact Title Company, Appraisal Company, Lender, and client. Filled out forms, submit loan packages, etc. • PGA Property Group – Loan Processor – 04/99 – 05/00 I was in entry level of Loan processor when I work in PGA Property Group.
