·        Manager for a 36 court facility that was host to the Auburn men’s and women’s teams

                 as well as the city tennis programs.

Greystone Golf and Country Club (July, 2001 – December, 2005) Director of Tennis

·         Facilitated all aspects of a retail operation of pro shop from selecting inventory to developing a marketing strategy that generated a sales profit all four years.

·         Prepared and executed operational budget of $350,000.

·         Increased tennis membership participation by 100%.

·        Selected by Prince to their National Advisory Staff to test and assess tennis equipment for design and marketability.

Baptist Health Systems – Sportsfirst (September, 1997 – July, 2001)  Head Tennis Professional

·         Created, designed and managed from conception, tennis programs to develop memberships and programs for a brand new facility. 

·         Exceeded all corporate goals for budget and membership within the first year of operation developing a base of 250 new tennis memberships. 

·         Responsible for all aspects of operations of facility and budget for the tennis department.

 

Vestavia Country Club – (January, 1982 – December, 1996)  Director of  Tennis

·         Hired as the first female director of tennis at a country club in the south.

·         Recruited, hired and trained other professionals to develop club growth.  5 became Directors of other clubs.

·         Operated within budget 14 years while consistently increasing pro shop sales.   

·         Managed staff and supervised facility maintenance while serving 1200 family memberships.
