The different tests used to observe antigens and antibodies; immunoassay, Western Blot, and Eliza. Enzymology: Isolated enzymes from the intracellular organelles and checked for their activity. Plant Biotechnology: Established callus culture, embryo culture, meristem culture, protoplast culture etc… and hardening of the plant were done.
