Dean Financial Services is an experienced regional provider of integrated wealth management services. • Collaborate with President to oversee company matters and workflow. Develop internal correspondence that facilitates effective communication and transfer of information between five departments. • Manage, coordinate and host successful client seminars/events, creating invitations and promotional materials, booking venues and tradeshows. Also serve as sole administrative support for several large client physician practices and family office events such as strategic planning meetings, shareholder and committee meetings including preparing agenda, minutes and action items.
